How does the Free Class work?
In our Free Intro Class, you will get to know Pilates at your own pace – without performance pressure, without prior knowledge, and without expectations you have to meet.
You won't just be "placed in a normal class" and left to your own devices. Instead, our trainers take the time to explain the Reformer, show you basic movements, and guide you step-by-step through the first exercises.
Is it suitable for everyone?
You don't have to be flexible, athletic, or particularly fit to start Pilates. You also don't need perfect technique – that's what we're here for. Whether you haven't exercised in a long time, are just starting out, or want to try something new: you are in the right place.

How do I prepare for a class?
We recommend comfortable, breathable clothing and non-slip socks. Please tie back long hair and remove dangling accessories. Bring a towel and enough to drink. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit to register and get to know the club.
